This map booklet was created based on on-site surveys to help you walk the Michinoku Coastal Trail.

This book covers the section from Onagawa Station to Ishinomaki Station. It also covers surrounding areas such as the Oshika Peninsula, which is the southern end of the ria coast, and island hopping tours to the three islands of Kinkasan, Ajishima, and Tashirojima.

In addition to route maps, it includes elevation data, inter-point distances, and facility information. It helps you confirm your current location, and by using it together with the data book, you can create a more concrete and smooth walking plan.
