■  Additional Fees Other Than Product Price

  • Domestic Shipping (Within Japan): Flat rate of 430 JPY nationwide.
  • International Shipping: Shipping fees vary depending on the destination country/region and the total weight of the products (calculated automatically at checkout).
  • Customs Duties and Taxes (International Shipping Only): When shipping outside of Japan, customs duties, import consumption taxes (VAT), and customs clearance fees may apply based on local laws. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer (recipient).

■ Delivery Time (Shipping Period)
Orders will typically be shipped within 3 to 5 business days after the order is completed (or payment is confirmed).

  • Within Japan: Typically delivered within 1 to 3 days after shipment.
  • International Shipping: Typically delivered within 7 to 21 days after shipment (delays may occur due to customs inspections, etc.).

■ Payment Methods and Timing

  • Credit Card / PayPal: Payment is authorized and captured at the time of order placement, and debited in accordance with the terms of your card issuer or payment service provider.
  • Bank Transfer: Please remit payment to the designated bank account within 5 days of order completion. Products will be shipped once payment is confirmed (any transfer fees shall be borne by the customer).

■ Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for customer convenience in principle.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: In the unlikely event that the delivered product has an initial defect such as damage during transit (torn pages, etc.), printing/binding errors (missing pages or incorrect page order), or if an item different from your order has arrived, please contact us at the email address above within 7 days of receiving the product. We will promptly exchange the item or issue a refund. In this case, we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • Special Provisions for Shipments to the European Union (EU): Only for shipments within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason under local consumer protection laws. However, the product must be unread, unused, and in its original condition. Return shipping costs for customer convenience will be borne by the customer. Please be sure to contact us by email in advance.
