This book covers the section from "Ishinomaki Station to Natori Trail Center." It includes flat plains with little undulation, canals, the Uradoto Islands where you can enjoy island hopping, and the area around Sendai with its bow-shaped coastline.

In addition to route maps, it includes elevation data, distances between points, and facility information. It helps you confirm your current location, and by using it together with the data book, you can create a more detailed and smoother walking plan.
