When our shop is requested by a customer to suspend the use or delete (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") their personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, on the grounds that the customer's personal information is handled beyond the scope of the pre-published purpose of use or was acquired by deception or other fraudulent means, and if it is found that there are valid reasons for such request, we will confirm that the request is made by the customer themselves, suspend the use, etc. of the personal information without delay, and notify the customer of this.
